JPS Group Trading Pty Ltd was founded in Sydney in 2021, with a trading subsidiary, JPS Group Trade Pte Ltd, in Singapore. Both operate under the Leonaus Group umbrella.
We are a young company with an experienced team. Our founders bring more than 18 years in Australian rail and transit infrastructure, alongside long careers in physical commodity markets.
We started in physical commodity trading, connecting producers, refineries and industrial buyers across energy, agricultural products and bulk raw materials. That same discipline in sourcing, logistics and compliance now underpins two further businesses: supplying and building Australia's major infrastructure projects, and trading GPU systems for AI data centres.
